1. Please, make sure that the volume regulated on the right side of the IPad is turned up.

- Go to Settings
- Click on General tab
- Make sure that under "Use Side Switch to" is set to "Mute"

3. Make sure that the mute button on the right side of the IPad is turned up.

After you add a student, you need to tap on the student name to select the student for the session. Then tap the Next button.
In ios 7, Apple has introduced a new feature which requires users to enable microphone access for apps. To adjust microphone access go to Settings->Privacy->Microphone on your IPad and switch the microphone access to "on" for all of the apps you wish to use microphone .
1. Tap on the "Reports" button on the home page. 2. Tap on the "Pencil" edit button on the users table. 3. Tap delete and confirm buttons to delete a student.

App Submission FAQ

Absolutely! We have a publishing program in place which makes it super easy and free to publish your own apps. There is no technical expertise required and Virtual Speech Center takes care of all of the development and marketing aspects. We guide you through every step of the process and make the experience fun and rewarding. Number of speech and language pathologists has already taken advantage of our program with great success. Real Vocabulary, Problem Solve It, Sounds At Home and Apraxia RainbowBee apps are some of the apps created with the program.

No. If we decide to work with you on your product, we will give you access to our proprietary online software. You will be able work on your product using our software.
No. You do not. Our software includes an extensive library of images which you can use. If you already have your own materials, you can use them as well. The theme and the app artwork will be developed by our graphic designers.
No. Once we sign a contract with you, only Virtual Speech Center, Inc. markets and sells the product.
Virtual Speech Center, Inc. will own the full rights to the product. Your name will be displayed as the author of the product.
Once you we sign a contract with you and the app is published for sale, you can be paid in two ways. The first option is a onetime upfront payment. The second option is to receive royalties from the app sales. The royalty percentage varies depending on many factors such as complexity of the app, your involvement and etc. Usually authors receive a royalty of 10% on all sales. With the second option, you will be paid twice a year.
